From my research i discovered that more than 45percents of Nigerians are dying of heart failure and related heart and organ diseases due to lack of exercise, good diet and nutrition awareness and unhealthy life style of living and so many facing skin and body related issues,like skin cancer,eczema,rashes e.t.c


Obesity and Overweight: is abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to an individuals health.
Over 50 millions of Nigerians are overweight or obese.
Obesity has now become a global problem, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2005 approximately 1.6 billion adults over the ages of 15+ were overweight, at least 400 million adults were obese and at least 20 million children under the age of 5 years were overweight.

Obesity is a big disease, now issue to high income country like Nigeria and some rich countries in Africa, Obesity is a big risk factor of health conditions not limited to heart diseases and
• high blood pressure (hypertension) •high glucose (sugar level)
•high cholesterol
•abnormal menses, infertility
•high tolerance functions
•Liver and Gallbladder disease
•Sleep apnoea
•Type 2 diabetes

Obesity can lead to disability and premature death, heart disease  remain #1 problem the world is facing now  according to WHO projections diabetes deaths will increase by more than 50% worldwide in the next 10 years.

•Spicy foods
•junks and fast food
•lack of sleep and rest
•lack of endurance and tolerance
•lack of exercise e.t.c

Generally the main factors why so many add weight and become obese
is bad diet principle and unhealthy life style of living
Wait think deeply!!! why are you adding unnecessary weight and becoming obese overnight? Do you eat right?  When last do you take a walk or jug around the neighborhood or visit the gym? This are the questions you need to ask your self, Then figure out what the problem is.

Now everybody talking about global warming, no money and many business owners complain lack of sales but foods and drinks products are still the best sales in the market.
Because we all can’t do without eating or drinking, but do you eat right?
Many of us are addicted to bad habit of  eating junks, spicy foods and consumption of so much alcohol and beverages, excess alcohol intake and soft drinks contribute to overweight and obesity because much of the intakes make us add calories than what our body needs
“FACTS” do you know beer as more sugar and calories than your normal meals?
And you can add up to #160 calories per a glass of beer
Calories are good for our body but excess lead to weight gain.

How do you know if you are overweight?
Many people are not even sure if they are overweight

the most popular definitive method to know if you are overweight or abase is to calculate your body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference, which is a simple index of weight-for-height commonly used in classifying overweight and obesity in adult populations and individuals
A BMI ¤25 is overweight and a BMI ¤30 is obese in addition a waist circumference of ¤35 in women and 40 in men is largely considered obese
a BMI below 18.5 is considered underweight, and between 18.5 to 24.9 a healthy weight

(•)Work and rest together make your emotion stable, engage in a physical activities, register with a gym or get a person trainer to monitor your daily exercise routine, more exercise, low fat low calorie diet principles.

(•)Eat less foods with high cholesterol adjust from eating junks,fried and spicy foods, stay away from red meat instead eat more of amino acid-rich foods such as fish like Titus, silkworm, squid e.t.c  In addition like beans, banana, peanuts, almonds and so on.

(•)Eat more foods for adjusting blood fats: such as vegetables and fruits but less food with sensitive to light, eat the natural foods instead of delicate foods, fresh fruits are the most powerful purifying foods
Such as grapes, pears, pineapple, water melon, kiwi fruit and so on.

(•)Quit drinking and smoking
quit eating late in addition reduce irritating diet and try drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
